Planning The offices benefit from Class 4 (Business) under The Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1997.

Terms and Rent The retail units are available by way of a new Full Repairing and Insuring lease. The packages available at the Red Sandstone have been designed with growing businesses in mind. Flexibility is key, with the office suites available on terms of 12 months upwards with rent inclusive of service charge & insurance.

Rates Existing rateable values for the units can be found at www.saa.gov.uk.

EPC The offices have an EPC rating of E

VAT Unless expressly stated all rent and other monies are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Legal Costs Each party will be responsible for their own legal costs incurred in the transaction and the ingoing tenant will be responsible for Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and registration dues payable.
